Order Processing

All orders will be processed within two days. If you place your order and the item is out of stock, we will contact you with delivery times. If you wish to complete the order after determining delivery times we will charge you a non-refundable 25% deposit with the remainder due upon shipping.

Packaging, Shipping & Delivery

Each kit is pre-programmed and tested and all boards and kits are checked for quality and functionality before they leave our facility so that we can ensure that each and every kit is delivered to you in prime working condition. All orders are packaged in anti-static bags and placed inside protective boxes or padded envelopes. Standard shipping is by USPS and the charge for this includes handling, packaging and shipping. Overnight delivery can be arranged.

Return Policy

You may return merchandise damaged in shipping within 15 days of the original purchase in exchange for the same product minus shipping charges. In the event you receive a damaged package, immediately file a claim with the shipper and inform us. These devices are sensitive electronic products and must be handled in accordance with standard ESD practices. If you believe you have electrically damaged an IC on a board please contact us and we will work with you for a resolution. If you are unsatisfied with the product you may return it, pre-paid, within 15 days and we will refund you, minus a 25% restocking fee, your purchase price. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.
